From the fire in our hearts and minds, burns a passion unrivalled.

Unfortunately, so does pizza sauce on the roof of your mouth (we’re still recovering from the Olympia Pizza show).

Take unto you, this chili pepper of awesomeness, this tender morsel of depraved insanity…

…these two choice slabs of molten metal.

Catharsis by Pizza

Posted on January 8th, 2014 by Lethal Halo

The past few months have been busy on the home front – brief holidays aside, we even coalesced for a jam the day after Boxing Day.  We’ve been working on material, and actually feeding Allan and Gary in-ear click tracks to help keep everything tight and glued down (along with a fancy new strobe tuner, because we’re professional, or something).

All this reclusion takes its toll, however, and the itch to get out and play is incessant, like a bad rash.  So we’re being naughty and scratching that rash, to make it bleed crimson.

We’re playing a show.  At a pizza place.  Because nothing is more metal than biting into a slice of pizza, burning the roof of your mouth with the nuclear fire of death (also pizza sauce), and headbanging through the pain and blinding tears of your own suffering.  Catharsis by pizza.

More Shows – August & October 2013!

Posted on July 26th, 2013 by Lethal Halo

After the fun we had at Battlefest, we’ve figured it’s time to keep getting out there and seeing you guys, even as we’re working on some super-secret projects in the background. What super-secret projects? If we told you, they wouldn’t be super-secret, now, would they?

Don’t worry, though – you’ll have plenty of opportunities to see us live in the meantime!

First up, our good buddies in One Life Animal are kicking off a tour for their debut full-length album “Sleep and His Older Brother Death”, and we’ll be helping send them off this Thursday, August 8th at Funky Winkerbeans, 37 W Hastings, Vancouver, along with Sinmobile and Grizzly Bones.

$10 at the door, check out the Facebook event here for more details.

There’s also rumours abound that we may be helping other, quite popular buddies of ours kick off *their* album tour later in August as well! Who and when? Oh, you’ll have to wait a bit more for that one.  So many bands doing new albums and tours these days. Hmmm… makes you wonder.

Second (or third?), we’re playing

The Devil’s Masquerade – an ALL AGES show

at The Columbia, 530 Columbia Street in New Westminster, right before Halloween, on Saturday, October 26th.

Along with:

…and of course, us! Tickets $10 in advance, or $20 at the door – yes, there IS a presale for this, and we’d be happy to be the ones selling you those tickets (wink wink, nudge nudge).
